As a business administrative student at a prestigious college i do understand the roles and works of different designates. CRM department deals with the consumer ends problems and media addressing Project management undertakes the responsibility to meet the deadlines of specific project Talent management works as a means to maintain and develop the individual performing abilities ERP deals with the material needs the firm(assuming the company is IT based)
